Vigyan manufactures and supplies stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses, SS hose assemblies, expansion bellows, PTFE hoses, interlock hoses, and related hydraulic fittings. All product specifications, pressure ratings, and technical data displayed on this website are intended as general guidance. Final selection of hose and fittings for any application is the responsibility of the purchaser or their engineering team.
Delivery schedules provided are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Vigyan shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, raw material shortages, transport disruptions, or force majeure. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our factory.
Vigyan warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of dispatch, provided that the products are used, installed, and maintained in accordance with our recommended practices. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, over-pressurization, corrosive media outside specifications, mechanical damage, or normal wear and tear.
All content on this website including text, images, logos, product photographs, technical drawings, and the Vigyan trademark are the property of Vigyan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website, including loss of profits, loss of production, or loss of data. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jhajjar, Haryana, India.
