STAINLESS STEEL CORRUGATED HOSE
SERIES 13HF
This series reflects Standard Pitch Hoses with Triple Braid reinforcement (Heavy Flex). These are pressure-tight hoses made from tube or strip, with corrugations helical or annular to the axis of the hose, made by deforming the metal; its flexibility being obtained by bending the corrugations. Triple braid reinforcement provides maximum pressure rating and superior vibration resistance.
Series 13HF is the highest-pressure corrugated hose in our HF lineup — designed for Oil & Gas, Power Plants, and Heavy Chemical applications where extreme pressure and continuous vibration demand the strongest braid construction available.
01. Grades Available
- Hose Grades: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, SS321
- Braid Grades: SS304, SS304L, SS316L, SS321
- Braid Layers: 3 (Triple Braid) — highest pressure rating in the HF series
02. Temperature Range
- -270° C to 700° C
- Higher temperature will result in lower working pressure. Refer to temperature correction factor for details.
- Suitable for cryogenic (LN², LO², LNG) and high-temperature superheated steam applications.
