Beyond standard threaded and flanged ends, Vardhman manufactures special-purpose hose assemblies with any end connection you require. Send us your drawing, sketch, or a WhatsApp photo — our engineering team will quote and manufacture to your exact specification. All assemblies are 100% hydrostatically tested before dispatch.
01. Customized End Connection Types
- Camlock (Type A/B/C/D/E/F): Quick-connect couplings for fast connection and disconnection without tools
- Quick-release / dry-break couplings: Zero-spill disconnection for chemical and fuel transfer
- Elbow fittings: 45° or 90° elbows for tight routing in constrained spaces
- Reducer ends: Different bore sizes at each end
- Long pipe / stub ends: For field welding into existing pipework
- OEM fittings: Manufactured to your drawing — proprietary flanges, special threads
