FLANGED ASSEMBLIES
Flanged hose assemblies are ready-to-bolt flexible connectors where both ends of the corrugated SS hose are permanently welded to stainless steel flanges drilled to your specified standard. Simply bolt into your piping using standard bolts and gaskets. Preferred for large-bore connections, high-pressure service, and wherever regular removal is required.
All assemblies are 100% hydrostatically tested. Radiographic examination and third-party inspection available on request.
01. Flange Standards Available
- ANSI/ASME B16.5: Class 150, Class 300, Class 600
- BS 10: Table D, Table E, Table F — common in Indian installations
- BS 4504 / EN 1092-1: PN 6, PN 10, PN 16, PN 25, PN 40
- DIN 2501 / DIN 2576: PN series
- Face types: Raised Face (RF) standard; Flat Face (FF) and RTJ on request
02. Material Grades
- Hose inner tube: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, SS321
- Braid: SS304, SS316L (single, double, or triple)
- Flanges: SS304, SS316, SS316L (forged or plate)
- Weld joint: Full penetration TIG weld; radiography on request
