THREADED ASSEMBLIES
A threaded hose assembly is a complete, tested flexible connector where both ends of a corrugated stainless steel hose are fitted with precision-machined screwed end connections. Supplied as a ready-to-install unit — simply thread onto your existing pipe ends. No special tools or gaskets required.
All assemblies are 100% hydrostatically tested and supplied with a test certificate. Custom lengths, thread sizes, and end combinations are available.
01. Available Thread Standards
- BSP (British Standard Pipe): G 1/4" to G 4" — most common in India and Commonwealth markets
- BSPT (Taper): R 1/4" to R 4" — for pressure-tight screwed joints
- NPT (National Pipe Taper): 1/8" to 4" — US standard and exports
- Metric threads: M12 to M64 — for European and OEM equipment
- End configurations: Male × Male, Female × Female, Male × Female, Swivel options
02. Material Grades
- Hose inner tube: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, SS321
- Braid: SS304, SS316L (single or double as required)
- End fittings: SS304 (standard) or SS316/316L for corrosive media
